1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using furn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

furn is an AI-powered creative platform designed for furniture marketers. The Service provides tools for image editing, background removal, video creation, ad campaign management, and integration with advertising platforms including Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, and others.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by furn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools belongs to you, subject to the underlying rights of any source materials used. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any source materials you provide.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FURN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless furn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
